We provide bookkeeping services and may also offer digital products, such as templates, guides, and resources.
-
Digital products are delivered electronically via email or direct download link after purchase.

Service engagements (e.g., bookkeeping support, consultations) will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Pricing and Payment
-
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.
-
Payment is due at the time of purchase for digital products.
-
For ongoing bookkeeping services, payment terms (monthly, quarterly, or project-based) will be outlined in your service agreement.
-
We accept payment through secure third-party processors (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
3. Refunds and Cancellations
-
Digital Products: All digital product sales are final due to their electronic nature. No refunds will be issued once a product has been delivered.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to deliver services or digital products.
